Change: Detect the major upgrade and suppress the upgrading messagebox. Impact: All MgmtApps installers. - Issue: CQ12836 BACS Upgrade Should Require All Components Previously Installed to be Upgraded Cause: By default, during a major upgrade the installer allows an end user to "deselect" a component therefore NOT performing an upgrade. Cause: Although no files are installed and no add/remove entry is created, the following windows after a user de-selects all features appear as normal. Cause: The hidden feature CHM64 was set to always install. Deselecting all features would still allow the bacs.chm file to be installed. Change: Now all CHM features for IA32, IA64, and x64 are set as children of the BACS feature. Now deselecting BACS will deselect the CHM feature, and the bacs.chm will not be installed.
